SAKS Urban Projects is planning on opening high-quality boutique hotels in selected central locations of major European cities.
In doing so, we will be focusing mainly on the conversion of existing buildings in urban districts with a mix of commercial and residential space that are currently undergoing urban transformation.
For us, an »urban design hotel« means an interdisciplinary understanding of »hotel« in the urban space »city« from a point of view of »design«.
Our hotels are design hotels that are sophisticated in both their decoration and and architecture, without being cluttered. They are characterised by a surprisingly restrained, yet extremely high-quality interior design, which caters for both the discerning business traveller and the leisure traveller. Our design concept is aimed at guests who value urban ambience more than the predictable and anonymous architecture of group hotels.
Our objective is to meet the individual and contemporary expectations of the guests without sacrificing the underlying standardisation of processes.
